Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment point at Stall 29, Yuntong Freight Station, No. 51 Songhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

We prepare orders on business days. The applicable handling time, shipping charge, available service and delivery estimate are shown at checkout and confirmed with your order. Delivery estimates begin once the carrier accepts the parcel and may change due to customs, local holidays, weather or carrier disruption.

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.

Duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout explicitly states that duties are included, these charges are collected from the recipient by the carrier or local authority. We declare the actual order value on every customs form.

The Guangzhou fulfilment point is our dispatch location. Do not send returns there unless our support team has issued return instructions for your order.

If your parcel has not moved for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact support@thesoong.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
