thesoong does not sell consumer personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

Some of our analytics and advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads) may, depending on configuration, qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can opt out of those categories at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer; your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and respected on every page.

We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a verified opt-out request for sale / share and apply it without further confirmation.

California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.
