Return & Refund Policy

Return window You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. Email support@thesoong.com before sending anything back and include your order number, the item, and the reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos or video. We will send approval and return instructions. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return conditions Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in the delivery country.

Return shipping and fees For a confirmed quality defect, transit damage, wrong item, or an item materially not as described, THESOONG pays the reasonable tracked return shipping cost. For size or colour preference, change of mind, or other non-quality reasons, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns. Original delivery charges are refunded only when the return results from our error or when required by law.

Refunds After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will email the result. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
