These costs must be paid by the recipient as required by local customs or the shipping company. If a parcel is returned because the customer refuses to pay taxes, duties or customs clearance fees, return shipping and related handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item does not affect resale. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. Product tags, care labels and security tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Items must not have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or exposed to odors. For returns or exchanges due to an unsuitable size, a disliked color or personal preference, return shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility. If an item has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly, please contact THESOONG customer service for assistance. Color Variation All products are photographed with professional equipment. Due to differences in lighting, monitor resolution and screen color settings, slight color variation may occur between the product and the images. This is normal and is not grounds for a return or exchange. Measurement Tolerance Product measurements are taken by hand and may vary by 1–3cm, which is within the normal range.
